The location was perfect, just 300 meters from the Arc de Triomphe. The breakfast spread was really good, with fresh pastries and a variety of hot dishes that kept us energized for our adventures. The personalized service was amazing. The staff went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed, including arranging transportation .

Very nice location near the Arc de Triomphe.
I was beyond frustrated with the cleanliness of our room. The carpets were filthy, and the bathroom looked like it hadn't been properly cleaned in ages. To top it off, the breakfast service was horrendous, with many items running low and not being replenished promptly, unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed caliber.

Location: the hotel was not far from public transport from airports and Paris and location and the city's attractions. The deluxe queen room we stayed in was well-maintained with a view.
The views were not very good.

The room was decent, but definitely smaller than the photos suggested. Had issues with the shower door not sealing well-water everywhere after every use. The pillows had a weird smell, unpleasant. On the bright side, there were plenty of electrical outlets and the bed was comfy. The location was super convenient, just a short walk to the Arc de Triomphe!

The hotel staff were kind and accommodating, offering thoughtful recommendations for local attractions. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the Arc de Triomphe, with good eateries just around the corner.

All staff were friendly and so helpfully, they did not have any problem with any request. They respond quickly to it. Many times they share alternative solutions to help you out.
Probably, suggestion to have two TV's for the suites and change the key to more practical one.

Great location 100%.
Must renew the toilets and make electronic key for the room door. Add more channels on TV. The rooms are too small..
